These terms are intended to ensure a transparent, respectful and harmonious relationship between you and Harmonie au Point Zéro, operated by Fariba Forouzesh, and apply to all services offered, including Reiki, yoga, sound healing, sound journeys, workshops, events and retreats.
For ease of reading, any terms referring to a person apply equally to all individuals, regardless of gender or identity.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all bookings, purchases and participation in services offered by Fariba Forouzesh. Services include, but are not limited to: Reiki sessions Yoga classes (private and group) Sound Healing sessions (private) Sound Journeys (private and group) Events & Workshops (group) Wellness Retreats (group) Other holistic wellness services Services may be offered in person or online. By booking or purchasing any service, the client confirms having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
2. Bookings
Bookings may be made through the website, by email, telephone or WhatsApp. A booking becomes confirmed only after written confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of the required payment. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse a booking when deemed appropriate.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), unless stated otherwise. Prices may be modified at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the one in effect on the date of booking. Payment may be made by: Bank transfer TWINT Cash (CHF) Other payment methods communicated at the time of booking Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received before the service is provided. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from their date of purchase and are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Absence
Individual Sessions Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount remains due. In exceptional circumstances (serious illness, accident or force majeure), the practitioner may, at their sole discretion, offer a rescheduling or refund.
4.1. Retreats
Each retreat has its own programme, pricing and practical arrangements. The specific conditions applicable to each retreat are communicated in the retreat description and registration information. Unless otherwise specified: cancellation more than 60 days before departure: full refund, excluding any non-refundable costs already incurred; cancellation between 30 and 60 days before departure: 50% refund; cancellation less than 30 days before departure: no refund. If a participant finds a replacement, the booking may be transferred with the prior agreement of the organiser.

Each retreat has its own programme, pricing and practical arrangements. The specific conditions applicable to each retreat are communicated in the retreat description and registration information.
Unless otherwise specified:
cancellation more than 60 days before departure: full refund, excluding any non-refundable costs already incurred;
cancellation between 30 and 60 days before departure: 50% refund;
cancellation less than 30 days before departure: no refund.
If a participant finds a replacement, the booking may be transferred with the prior agreement of the organiser.
6. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment or class. In the event of late arrival, the session will finish at the originally scheduled time in order to respect subsequent appointments. The full fee remains payable.
7. Health Disclaimer
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally able to participate in the proposed activities. Clients agree to inform the practitioner before any session of any medical condition that may affect their participation, including but not limited to: pregnancy; recent surgery; injuries; chronic illness; epilepsy; psychological conditions; any other relevant health information. The services offered are complementary wellness practices intended to promote relaxation, self-awareness and personal well-being. They do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis or medical advice and are not intended to replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. Clients remain fully responsible for their own health decisions.
8. Reiki, Sound Healing and Energy Practices
Reiki, Sound Healing and other energetic practices are complementary approaches intended to support balance, relaxation and personal development. No medical diagnosis, treatment or guaranteed result is provided or implied. Each person's experience is unique.
9. Yoga Practice
Yoga involves physical movement and carries inherent risks. Participants agree to practice within their own physical limits. The practitioner cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from: undisclosed medical conditions; failure to follow instructions; overexertion; inappropriate use of equipment; practising beyond one's personal abilities.
10. Retreat Participation and Conduct
Participants agree to respect: the retreat schedule; fellow participants; facilitators; accommodation providers; the spaces used during the retreat. The organiser reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety, well-being or experience of the group. In such circumstances, no refund will be granted. Participants are responsible for ensuring they possess any travel documents, insurance or other requirements necessary for participation.
11. Confidentiality
Any personal information or experiences shared by participants during individual sessions, workshops or retreats are treated with respect and confidentiality. Likewise, participants are encouraged to respect the confidentiality and privacy of others within the group.
12. Photography, Videos and Testimonials
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during workshops, events or retreats for communication purposes. No identifiable image of a participant will be published without their prior consent. Participants who prefer not to appear in any visual content are invited to inform the organiser before the beginning of the event. Testimonials may only be published with the participant's consent or in anonymised form.
13. Intellectual Property
All course materials, guided meditations, recordings, manuals, documents, exercises and digital content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Fariba Forouzesh. They are intended solely for the personal use of the client. Any reproduction, recording, distribution, modification or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
14. Protection of Personal Data
Personal information collected during bookings is processed confidentially and solely for purposes related to the organisation and delivery of services. Data is handled in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection legislation. Personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties unless legally required.
15. Liability
Participation in all services is voluntary and undertaken under the participant's own responsibility. The practitioner cannot be held liable for: injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions; accidents occurring through failure to follow instructions; theft, loss or damage to personal belongings; indirect or consequential damages; circumstances beyond reasonable control.
16. Force Majeure
Should circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent the practitioner from delivering a service (including illness, natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions or other force majeure events), the practitioner reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel the service. Where appropriate, a new date, credit or refund will be offered. The practitioner cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including transport, accommodation or loss of income.
17. Language
Services, workshops, retreats and events may be conducted in English, French or another language depending on the participants, location and nature of the event. The language(s) used will be communicated in the description of each service or before the event begins.
18. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts.
19. Amendments
The practitioner reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable is the one in force on the date of the booking.
